PREGMAGIC is specially designed to ease the problem of wrinkle-free layout and precision “stacking” of drier pre-pregs and peel-ply materials by creating a temporarily tacky surface on the tool.

USES
PREGMAGIC is a non-hazardous and odorless formula that provides a tacky surface where needed allowing positive placement of pre-pregs or other materials on a released tool surface. PregMagic is fully compatible with most phenolic, epoxy, modified epoxy, and polyester resin systems currently used in the advanced composite industry.

HOW TO USE

  1. Make sure the tool surface has been properly prepared with a release coating before using PregMagic.
  2. Invert bottle and apply pressure to sponge applicator to start flow of material onto applicator pad.
  3. Dab PregMagic sparingly on areas where additional tack is desired. Do not over apply.
  4. Allow 15 minutes before applying laminate or other material.
  5. PregMagic can be re-applied wherever necessary.
